Job summary

A leading automotive company is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Officer to handle car registration and accounts tasks. This role includes managing documentation, generating invoices, and preparing month-end reports. The ideal candidate should have a NITEC or equivalent in a relevant field and at least two years of experience in a related position. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience preferred.
  • Hardworking and meticulous with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage car registration including documentation and payment checks.
  • Generate invoices and prepare month-end reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Working days: 5.125 days per week

Rest day: Every Sunday

Working Hours:

Mondays to Thursdays: 0900 hrs to 1815 hrs

Fridays: 0900 hrs to 1800 hrs

One Saturday Per Month: 0900 hrs to 1300 hrs

Job Descriptions:

Car Registration

  • Check car registration folder for payment, documentation, approval, remarks, etc.
  • Key in car registration via LTA Link.
  • Update Registration Folder.
  • Process refund cheque if any.
  • Order number plate from Europlate Design.
  • Send request to Indecco for IU commissioning.

Accounts/Others

  • Generate invoices.
  • Preparation of month-end reports – showroom inventory, car financing analysis and sales analysis.
  • Preparation and posting of SL-journals for transfer of deposits and visa waiver.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years experience in related field.
  • Hardworking, meticulous, and able to work independently.
