Job description

Position: ADMIN & ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (1 Vacancy - Immediate Opening)

Your Role (Comprehensive Training Provided):

  • Manage daily administrative operations and support smooth office functioning
  • Handle accounts receivables/payables, invoicing, and financial record-keeping
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, payment summaries, and documentation
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams on administrative matters
  • Maintain organized and accurate filing systems (both physical and digital)
  • Assist management with ad-hoc administrative, operational, and financial tasks
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, show initiative, and contribute proactively to company growth

What We Look For:
  • Diploma holders or equivalent qualifications preferred
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of basic accounting systems is a plus
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to grow
  • Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team
  • No prior experience required - full in-house training will be provided
