Job description

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

· Handle day-to-day office administration including filing, document management, and data entry

· Maintain proper documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping of company files

· Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors for office-related matters

· Support onboarding logistics and company procedures for new staff

Accounts Support

· Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable

· Perform data entry for invoices, receipts, and payment records in accounting systems

· Help in monthly bank reconciliations and basic financial reporting

· Coordinate with external auditors and finance team during audit periods

· Ensure timely submission of statutory filings (e.g. GST, CPF, etc.) as required

Trade Operations Support (to be added progressively)

· Prepare trade documents such as contracts, invoices, and shipping docs

· Coordinate with suppliers, customers, agents, and internal teams on shipments

· Monitor trade cycle timelines (shipments & payments)

· Maintain proper trade records for compliance and audit purposes

· Provide support to trading and logistics teams for smooth transaction flow

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma holder, preferably in accounting

· 1–3 years of relevant working experience preferred

· Eligible Applicants - Singaporeans and Permanent Resident only

· Committed and able to work long-term in an organization

· Willing to take challenges and able to adapt to changes / new ideas

Compensation & Benefits (After Confirmation)

  • Annual Wage Supplement (13th-month salary)
