Job description

Condominium located near Yew Tee MRT area has a vacancy for 1 Admin and Accounts position. You will be deployed on site, and assist with the accounts and daily operations of the estate.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

• In-coming phone calls or attend to residents walking into the management office.

• Assist in accounts payable and receivable. Assist in preparation of monthly financial statement.

• Co-ordinate events and social functions.

• General clerical works such as typing, filing, scanning and sorting documents.

• Assist in general office duties, and updating various records.

• Assist the Condo Manager to manage arrears by the subsidiary proprietors, and assist in legal action where necessary.

• Co-operate with the Condo Manager to achieve the desired results of the site team.

Requirements:

• A team player with good interpersonal skills.

• Meticulous, with attention to details.

• Good service attitude, and able to handle complaints.

• When necessary, willing to work beyond normal hours and on weekends or public holidays. Off-in-lieu will be provided.

• Familiarity with condo management application software is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and PDF software.

• Singapore Citizen or PR.

• The working hours are 9:00am-5:30pm on weekdays, and 9:00am to 12:00pm on Saturdays. There will be a team of 3 staff on-site. You are entitled to one hour of lunch break every day.
