Responsibilities:

  • Collating and preparing the basic management policy of the
    Company, based on the Company policy and/or the headquarters policy.
  • Making and managing the annual budget of the Company, based on the Company policy and/or the headquarters policy.
  • Coordinating the annual budget of equipment, tools, furniture and fixtures.
  • Matters concerning the organization changes.
  • Affairs concerning the internal audit and internal control.
  • Affairs concerning HR (human resource), labor, employment, payroll, insurance and welfare.
  • Taking care of the Japanese secondment members.
  • Administrative jobs for documents control, general affairs, public relations, and advertisement.
  • Management of the tangible fixed assets, such as the machinery
    (except for manufacturing) and the automotive, etc.
  • General matters concerning legal affairs and registration; and checking overall Compliance of the company.
  • Affairs and consolidation concerning rules, regulations and the guidelines.
  • Matters that are not related to ordinary jobs of other
    departments.
  • Tasks related to accounting and settlement of accounts.
  • Analysis of the financial statements and measuring Management accounting as well as creating monthly financial reports by Japanese formats to submit TOWA-HQ.
  • Preparing, submitting and negotiating documents related to taxation tasks.
  • Tasks concerning the auditing firm (auditor).
  • Tasks concerning the company secretary and the submissions to ACRA.
  • Administrative tasks for the credit limit of each customer.
  • Preparing and managing annual/monthly financial plan.
  • Tasks related to fund raising and fund management.
  • Maintenance and management of the information system.

Requirements:
  • 5 years of relative working experience.
  • Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1) is required to effectively liaise with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Competent knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and other finance/ statutory requirements
  • Familiar with MOM regulations and HR best practices
  • Able to work with management and staff of all levels
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player and independently
  • Positive working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills
