Job Responsibilities
- Handling incoming and outgoing mails/parcels and run company errands when required
- Maintain cleanliness of the office and replenish of office supplies/refreshment
- Assist to manage office facilities and assets
- Email administrator – create/delete emails
- Prepare and liaise any necessary for new incoming staff for orientation, PC access etc
- Handling petty cash/staff claims
- Update subsidiaries project file and ensure all the contract, billing and expenses are in order.
- Handle HQ office account payable and payment via internet banking.
- Prepare accounting schedules for audit purposes.
- In charge of company insurance renewal, company event
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate manager
Job Requirements
- Minimum ‘O’ Level / Nitec/Diploma in relevant discipline
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Strong IT knowledge with the ability to independently manage both basic and advanced IT-related tasks.
- At least 1 years of working experience
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Able to multi-task, proactive and takes ownership to complete assigned tasks
