Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Accounts Assistant to support our administrative and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks while assisting the finance team with basic accounting duties. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, expense reports, and financial statements.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and assist with account reconciliations.
  • Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Handle filing and documentation for both administrative and accounting functions.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in administrative support and basic accounting functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles is a plus.
