This is a hands-on, multi-functional role that supports daily business operations, handles administrative tasks, coordinates logistics, and assists the Director with various projects and ad hoc duties. Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and other platforms professionally and promptly
– Handle administrative duties such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and invoice processing
– Apply for permits and manage submission timelines for various projects and events
– Coordinate logistics and arrangements for company projects, events, and setups
– Maintain office supplies, workspace tidiness, and assist in office-related tasks
– Liaise with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth project execution
– Assist the Director with scheduling, document preparation, research, and follow-ups
– Support the team with any ad hoc tasks or errands as required
