About the Company: A well-established education and training organisation with over 20 outlets islandwide is looking for a committed and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive to join the team. The company focuses on holistic brain development programs and continues to expand into new areas across Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, staff salary, CPF, withholding tax, and other statutory submissions
  • Support payroll processing, HR documentation, and recruitment activities (e.g. work passes, interviews)
  • Organise company events and oversee general office administration
  • Serve as the point of contact for phone calls and provide administrative support to the management team
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting, Business, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts and administration
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable with strong numerical sense

Working Hours

Monday - Thursday : 8:00am to 5:45pm
Friday : 8:00am – 6:00pm
