  • Handle sourcing and purchasing.
  • Perform general administrative duties of daily office operations.

Job description

Work Location: Thomson Plaza

Work Days: Tuesday to Saturday

Job Responsibilities:

· Process accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries promptly.

· AP function - Check invoices and expense claims, process payments.

· AR function - Issue invoices and ensure timely payment from the customers.

· Prepare monthly management accounts and quarterly GST submission.

· Ensure accuracy & completeness in financial records.

· Sourcing and purchasing.

· General administrative & clerical duties of the daily office operations.

· Maintain office facilities and supplies.

· Any other ad-hoc work matters assigned by the Senior Finance Manager and Directors.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

· Minimum 1-3 years of working experience.

· Strong analytical skills and meticulous.

· Result oriented and with strong sense of responsibility.

· Able to work independently as well as being a proactive team member.

· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in Accounting Software and Microsoft Office.
