A leading company in the contracting sector is looking for an account assistant. The successful candidate will have responsibilities that include preparing invoices and payroll, and will need to have a diploma in accountancy along with proficiency in MYOB.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare invoices, quotations, service reports, and delivery orders.
  • Record receipts and payments in MYOB.
  • Prepare and file quarterly GST returns.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly payroll.
  • Handle partial sets of accounts.
