A leading automotive company in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Support professional to handle general administrative tasks and accounting support. The role includes managing invoices, records, and coordinating with various teams and external vendors. Ideal candidates should possess a Nitec or Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage general administrative duties (filing, data entry, document preparation)
Process invoices, receipts, and payment records
Maintain accurate accounting records and support month-end closing
Coordinate with sales team for documentation and vehicle handover processes
Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and appointment scheduling
Liaise with external vendors, banks, and government agencies when needed
Requirements:
Nitec/Diploma in Business Admin, Accounting, or related field
Prior experience in admin or accounts preferred (automotive industry a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to work independently and in a team
