Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general administrative duties (filing, data entry, document preparation)

  • Process invoices, receipts, and payment records

  • Maintain accurate accounting records and support month-end closing

  • Coordinate with sales team for documentation and vehicle handover processes

  • Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management

  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and appointment scheduling

  • Liaise with external vendors, banks, and government agencies when needed

Requirements:

  • Nitec/Diploma in Business Admin, Accounting, or related field

  • Prior experience in admin or accounts preferred (automotive industry a plus)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software
