Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounting systems/ERP will be an advantage.
  • Must be a Singaporean citizen.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full AR module in accounting system.
  • Generate invoice & manage timely collection from customers.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly invoice listing report.
  • Assist in Letter of Credit (LC) issuance and Bank Guarantee (BG) issuance.
  • Support in annual audit preparation and related documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Handling full AR module in accounting system,
  • Generate invoice & manage timely collection from customer,
  • Prepare and maintain weekly invoice listing report,
  • Assist in Letter of credit (LC) issuance, Bank Guarantee (BG) issuance & updating Trust Receipt (TR) Schedules,
  • Classify expense code and post staff reimbursement claims in the accounting system,
  • Support in annual audit preparation and related documentation,
  • Prepare progress claims, update delivery order and maintain the project claims tracker.

Requirements,

  • Diploma or certificate in accounting,
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred,
  • Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word) : knowledge of accounting systems/ERP will be an advantage,
  • Strong attention to details, good organizational and time management skills,
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team,
  • Singaporean only.
