We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Accounting Executive to support the daily administrative and financial operations of our artisanal gelato and bakery production facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and can take ownership of administrative workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company financial records, invoices, and documentation.
- Handle purchase orders, supplier coordination, and material procurement.
- Generate and process customer and supplier invoices promptly.
- Maintain accurate records for expenses, payments, and petty cash.
- Support general administrative duties, including filing and office organization.
- Prepare periodic financial and operational reports for management.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Proficiency in Xero and/or Ariba is a strong plus.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Responsible, independent, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in an SME or small team environment is preferred.
Working Hours & Benefits:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (no weekends, no public holidays)
- Salary: SGD 2,300 – 2,600/month (depending on experience)
