  • Salary: Basic $2,800 - $3,200 + AWS
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting
  • At least 2 years' experience in finance, accounting, or reporting
  • Experience with PEACHTREE Accounting Software is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
Job Scope
Finance

Responsible for daily transaction processing related to Sales, Purchase, and Nominal Ledger to ensure accurate and complete accounting records, including:

  • Data entry in accounting software
  • Handling petty cash payments
  • Bank reconciliations and monitoring receipts
  • Processing expense claims
  • Managing petty cash and travel advances
  • Preparing quotations for customers
  • Updating timesheets and labor costs
  • Preparing month-end reports
  • Processing payroll
Admin
  • Managing correspondence such as mail, deliveries, and couriers
  • Overseeing office supplies and stationery
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including bookings, visas, and invitations
  • Covering for the Finance & Admin Manager during absence
  • Performing other reasonable tasks as assigned
