Job summary

A leading company is seeking an Admin & Account Executive to manage financial and administrative tasks. You will ensure accurate record-keeping in accounting, handle petty cash, and coordinate schedules and communications. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and has over three years of relevant experience, particularly in finance and administration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ finance/accounting and/or reporting experience.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office & Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accounting accuracy and data entry in accounting software.
  • Handling petty cash payments and preparing bank reconciliations.
  • Scheduling meetings and managing administrative tasks.

Admin & Account Executive

  • Working days: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm; Sat 8am-12pm)
  • Location: Tuas

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Min. 3 years’ finance/accounting and/or reporting experience
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office & Excel

Job Scope:

Finance

Be responsible for accounting to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the records, including:

  • Ensuring accurate data entry in accounting software
  • Handling petty cash payments
  • Preparing bank reconciliations, including payments and monitoring receipts
  • Processing expense claims after review
  • Managing petty cash and cash travel advances
  • Preparing quotations for customers
  • Preparing timesheets and updating labor costs
  • Preparing reports for month-end closing
  • Preparing payroll
Admin
  • Scheduling meetings/appointments, handling calls, and responding to requests
  • Physical retrieval, indexing, scanning, photocopying of documents
  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
  • Filing documents and preparing meeting materials
  • Performing secretarial and general administrative duties, including updating records and replying to correspondence, mails, faxes, and billings
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
