A leading automotive firm is seeking an Admin Assistant to manage administrative tasks that ensure effective operations within the organization. The role requires proficiency in Chinese and English, and experience in the automotive sector is a plus. Candidates will process orders, handle inquiries, perform HR duties, and assist in general administration.
The Admin Assistant is responsible for providing general office and administrative support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Process orders, generate quotations, delivery orders, and invoices.
• Handle staff and customer inquiries/issues.
• Perform ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.
• Manage general administration and coordination duties.
• Prepare sales and stock reports, and perform data entry.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and issues, including monthly Statements of Account (SOA).
• Update and report on the status of service equipment.
• Liaise with external parties such as consumers and suppliers.
• Support sales and technical staff with job orders.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
• Experience in an automotive firm is advantageous.
