Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

What the role is:

Adjunct STEM Instructor (Workshop) supports teachers in the delivery of Design and Technology (D&T) coursework and practical lessons; and support teachers in projects and operational aspects of students´ learning in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).

What you will be working on:

You will prepare teaching resources, set up workshops/ special rooms for practical lessons or assessments and guide students in their projects. You are also required to ensure that lessons are conducted in a smooth and safe manner in the workshops and that all tools, equipment, machines and training kits are in good working condition. You will also provide support in students´ STEM learning, such as working with teachers to plan and organise STEM learning experiences/ journeys for students and supporting students in their STEM investigative projects and/ or STEM Applied Learning Programme (ALP) projects.
