eduCLaaS Pte Ltd. invites applications for an Adjunct Faculty in Data Science (Azure AI) at our Singapore campus. You will support blended learning journeys, mentor learners, and ensure high-quality delivery across courses and labs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data science and ML, is proficient in Python, SQL, R, Spark, and Azure ML, and can translate theory into practical outcomes. Fluency in English is essential as classes are conducted in English.

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong data science background.
• 5+ years of data science and machine learning experience.
• Proven facilitator, speaker or coach.
• Strong communication and empathy skills.
• Experience with Azure ML and big data tools is a plus.

JobObjective

• Support blended learning journey forour learners to achieve superior learning experience and successful skills outcome.
• Be a subject matter expert and mentor students throughout their learning journey
• Learning Delivery and Operations Management – Execute eduCLaaS’ courses in accordancewith its well-defined learning delivery, learning operations and learningtechnology policies and procedures in order to achieve best results in learnersatisfaction.
• Financial Management – Responsible to execute the various cohorts/programmes with time,budget and P&L. Leverage the use of data analytics to analyse theprofitability of the programmes.

Requirements

TechnicalSkills and Competencies

• Extensive experience in ProgrammeManagement
• Well versed in Education/Universityframeworks
• Good skills in Financial and RiskManagement
• Good understanding of EducationalTechnology and its implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proven experience as a facilitator,speaker, or coach.
• 5+ years of experience in datascience and machine learning
• Strong communicator.
• Great empathy skills.
• Assess the training needs oflearners and adjust your delivery accordingly.
• Working knowledge of the following:
• Soundfoundation and advanced level understanding of R Programming, SQL, Python,Machine Learning, AI, Spark, Statistics
• Pythonbase packages as Numpy, Pandas, Scikit learn, Seaborn & MatplotLib
• Experienceusing business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau,PowerBI) and data frameworks(e.g. Hadoop, Spark)
• AzureMachine Learning knowledge especially with data and ML stack is a plus
• Highproficiency with standard database skills (e.g., SQL), data preparation,cleaning, and wrangling/munging.

Good to have

• MicrosoftPower BI certification
• Possess good English competencylevel (because the class is conducted in English)
