Working hours: 8am till half day or till 5pm

Responsibilities:

1. Support technical operations for all types of product repairs: Watches, Jewelry, LLPE Goods, Lighters, Pens & Eye Wear
2. Ensure excellence in execution to meet the company's service standards
3. Key Performance Indicators: Lead time performance (diagnosis/repair), Repair Quality / Guarantee
4. Key Relationships: Maintain a strong reporting line with superiors, collaborate with technical and admin teams
