Qualifications

• Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
• Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and engagement managers to understand customer marketing objectives, infrastructure and first‑party data management strategy, and pain points.
• Lead deep‑dive technical assessment/consultation sessions to uncover opportunities where bespoke solutions are required, ensuring solutions respect industry‑specific data constraints and business cycles.
• Translate complex customer requirements into clear technical specifications and solution designs, considering scalability, reusability, and best practices as well as a clear path to media activation.
• Provide technical‑product oversight during the implementation phase, ensuring the engineering build remains aligned with the original customer strategy, while deferring base code‑level and system‑building decisions to the Engineering team.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional gTech teams (e.g., Engineering teams, Solution Experts, Measurement Experts) to orchestrate bundled service delivery and ensure seamless customer outcomes.
