Ad Operations Specialist (Global Remote)

Editorialist fuses personal styling, content, and shopping in one seamless digital experience driven by proprietary technology, e-commerce tools, and luxury fashion content. We are looking for an Operations Associate capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. To achieve our mission, we aim to provide our clients with the best luxury customer experience by delivering outstanding support and maintaining engagement across our platforms. Due to the nature and geographical scope of our clientele, the Operations Associate must be flexible with working hours, including some weekends, to meet client and industry demands.

Job Summary

The Ad Operations Specialist manages and optimizes digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. Responsibilities include media planning, trafficking, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring campaigns meet client requirements. The role involves working closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution and high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities
  • Perform media forecasting, planning, trafficking, reporting, and affiliate onboarding/outreach. Document campaign launches with screenshots.
  • Review media plans to ensure alignment with inventory and client deliverables.
  • Monitor and update campaign pacing and performance across platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Facebook, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, Sizmek, Google Ads, Pinterest, Flipboard, and IAS.
Campaign & Data Management
  • Manage CRM data to ensure accurate revenue reporting.
  • Prepare campaign summaries and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Create kickoff presentations and support the Brand Partnership team.
Communication & Collaboration
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and team members.
  • Set priorities to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Collaborate to align individual and team goals.
AdOps Support & Optimization
  • Support campaign launches across platforms including Display Media, GAM, Facebook, DCM, Sizmek, Google Ads, Pinterest, Flipboard, Instagram, and other ad systems.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and provide backup support as needed.
