Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who understands all aspects of the digital advertising business. You will be responsible for managing key internal and external processes on ad server implementation, site tagging strategy, and data governance to drive campaign efficiency and leading technical expertise. As a digital expert, you will be confident in internal and external client management and clear in delivering our TAAG (Technology and Activation Group) point of view and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

This role will help execute the start-to-end digital campaign management process, including:

  • Providing insights and consultation to digital media teams to identify technology opportunities and vendors
  • Overseeing campaign implementation to ensure adherence to naming conventions for timely and accurate data and reporting
  • Participating in all campaign-related status calls and meetings
  • Collaborating with external creative agency partners to explain creative specifications as needed
  • Providing consistent and accurate campaign trafficking and updates based on creative direction
  • Providing external partners with appropriate campaign tags for trafficking
  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to creative, ad serving, tagging, etc.
  • Enforcing client brand safety and supporting data governance
  • Assisting Media Teams and Analysts with monitoring through various reporting deliverables as requested.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of ad/tech operations experience
  • Extensive knowledge of digital ad operations and related technology and partners
  • Good command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with online campaign management, coding (HTML & JavaScript), site tag management systems, etc.
  • Preferred experience with ad servers like Google Campaign Manager 360, Flashtalking, etc.
