Job summary

RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a flexible part-time transcriptionist/annotator in Singapore. The role focuses on editing and verifying transcripts of multi-speaker audio/video content, with emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

Applicants should be able to produce precise transcripts and adhere to standard terminology. On-site briefing takes place every Wednesday at 10am, with a salary of up to S$16 per hour and on-site working at Kaki Bukit.

Qualifications

• Strong typing and accurate transcription required (fast and reliable).
• Experience with audio/video annotation is a plus.
• Attention to detail for consistent terminology and spelling.

Responsibilities

• Complete editing and verification of transcripts for multi-speaker audio/video.
• Ensure transcripts are 99% accurate and meet deadlines.
• Maintain consistency in transcription and phonetic translations; follow guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Complete the editing and verification of the transcripts of multi-speaker audio and video
• Ensure the annotated transcripts of all the annotators are at99% accuracyanddelivered within the specified timelines.
• Ensure consistency of transcriptions and phonetic translations, in terms of the standardization of word spelling and vocabulary.
• Data annotation according to standards and guidelines requirements
• Fast and accurate typing and word processing
• Experience in annotation work will be a bonus

Working hours & Salary Package

• Location: Kaki Bukit (5 - 7mins walk from MRT Station)
• Working Hours: 9:00am – 7:00pm (Flexi-timing - min. 4 hours)
• Salary: Up to S$16 per hour
