Qualifications

About the Team

Nuverse is a gaming business unit in ByteDance. The Game Technology team is playing a significant role in the whole life cycle of the game. We are responsible for the development, testing, operation, SRE, and quality assurance of the user and operating system, and give strong support for game developing and publishing. Providing comprehensive and systematical solutions, support the good operation and commercialization of the game. Responsible for the design and implementation of the deployment architecture of the game's overseas game business, and ensuring the good operation of online services.

Job Description:

1. Be familiar with the improvement of models and strategies in various stages such as recall, coarse ranking, fine ranking, and mixed ranking in recommendation to optimize the customer experience.

2. Use the most advanced means in the industry to continuously optimize the deep conversion model and extremely improve the prediction accuracy of LTV, payment rate, and retention rate.

3. Be familiar with the improvement of models and strategies in multiple stages such as targeting, bidding, and mechanism in advertising. While optimizing the customer experience, improve the efficiency of commercial monetization.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Have a good foundation in data structure, mathematical statistics, probability theory, etc.; have excellent coding ability, and be proficient in Python/C++/Go is better.

2. Have a solid theoretical foundation in machine learning/deep learning, and be proficient in at least one mainstream deep learning programming framework.

3. Have a good product awareness and be willing to take the product effect as the most important driving factor for work.

4. Candidates with experience in deep learning models in advertising and recommendation business are preferred, and those with bidding product and algorithm experience are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in the gaming industry or managing platform-type internet products will be an advantage.
