Our client, a leading life insurer, is seeking talented individuals to join their Actuarial Pricing team on a 1-year contract (convertible) basis.

Responsibilities:

• Pricing: Execute end-to-end actuarial pricing process, encompassing premium and benefit pricing, actuarial assumption setting, and profitability testing. Senior candidates will have opportunities to lead sub-teams.
• Prophet Modelling: Develop Prophet pricing models to optimize product pricing strategies and conduct in-depth analyses and provide actionable insights for pricing decisions.
• Oversee product system implementations and user acceptance tests to ensure seamless and timely product delivery.
• Participate in department-wide initiatives such as experience studies updates, financial stress tests, and regulatory initiatives.

Qualifications:

Our client is looking for candidates who possess:

• Actuarial Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Life Actuarial. Senior candidates will be considered for a Managerial position.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Prophet and VBA is highly preferred.
• Flexibility: Shorter notice periods will be advantageous.
• Fresh Grads with relevant backgrounds are welcome to apply too.
