Job summary

SCOR invites a Master student to join its Advanced Analytics and Artificial Intelligence internship in Singapore. You will explore survival modeling, integrating Python-based frameworks, and work with actuarial science topics in an international team.

You will review our library, own R&D topics, develop components in Python, run validation benchmarks, and contribute to a final internship report suitable for an Actuarial Science thesis.

Qualifications

• Ultimate or penultimate Master student in Computer Science, Mathematics, Biostatistics, or Statistics.
• Strong interest in actuarial science and machine learning.
• Experience with survival models is a major asset.
• Solid Python skills (OOP and scientific libraries).

Responsibilities

• Review the internal survival modeling library and architecture.
• Take ownership of one or more R&D topics, developing new model components.
• Provide validation notebooks, benchmarks, and documentation, and draft a thesis-ready internship report.
• Communicate insights clearly to multidisciplinary teams.
