About Blossom Seeds
Blossom Seeds is a registered charity with IPC status, dedicated to caring for seniors with love and empowering them to care actively for others. In response to the needs of Singapore’s ageing population, we are expanding our Active Ageing Centre (AAC) initiatives to better serve and engage seniors in meaningful and sustainable ways.
The Role
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to lead and grow our Active Ageing Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to shape and deliver programmes that promote purposeful living and holistic well-being for seniors—fostering a safe, inclusive, and vibrant environment.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the AAC Manager will play a key role in advancing the strategic objectives of the centre, ensuring its operational excellence, and deepening community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of AAC programmes.
Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with standards.
Build and sustain strong relationships with seniors, families, volunteers, partners, and community stakeholders.
Develop and manage a dedicated team, fostering a culture of care, professionalism, and teamwork.
Evaluate programme outcomes and impact, making data-driven improvements.
Advocate for active ageing and represent Blossom Seeds in relevant networks and platforms.
What We’re Looking For
At least 8 years of relevant post-graduate work experience, with a strong track record in the social sector.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, especially in engaging volunteers and stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and programme development.
Deep empathy, compassion, and a genuine love for working with seniors.
Familiarity with community-based care models and active ageing concepts will be an advantage.
