Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy & Business Performance: Collaborate with the Activation GTM Leader to oversee the execution of Cloud & AI Platforms (CAIP) solution plays in your [AREA], enhancing ACR performance with Solution Play GTM teams and Activation GTM teams. Responsible for pipeline creation, addressing pipeline gaps by OU/segment, and implementing global strategies relevant to your Areas/Subsidiaries, including FY26 CAIP program performance.
- Sales Activation: Lead end-to-end solution play field activation to acquire customers across CAIP solution plays, including X-CSA plays such as Agentic. Resolve blockers and influence strategic improvements through field feedback. Work closely with Solution Play GTM teams and Area GTM ICs to ensure field readiness, skilling, and share insights on customer wins/losses, trends, and partner feedback.
- Demand Generation: Coordinate with the Activation GTM Leader to execute the CAIP marketing plan with IMMs, Area GTM ICs, and Partners. Drive signal conversion to create pipeline and facilitate customer targeting events. Contribute content and shape agendas to support CAIP priorities.
- Product Leadership: Advocate for Azure and CAIP solutions by demonstrating thought leadership externally and internally. Provide feedback to shape global product strategy, roadmap, and readiness. Stay informed on industry trends, challenges, and regulations.
- MACC + Unified Stewardship: Lead MACC initiatives by expanding workload scope, accelerating ACR via Unified, and driving data-driven optimization. Collaborate with Activation GTM Leader to improve MACC penetration.
- Operational Excellence: Work with Regional and Area Sales Excellence and Operations to promote sales discipline, pipeline growth, and orchestration. Use programs and tools consistently. Align sales and marketing insights through key cadences like VSU and IAP.

Required (RQs)
- 10+ years in marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related experience, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
- 10+ years managing and expanding product/solution portfolios, driving demand and pipeline in complex organizations, or equivalent.
