A construction company in Singapore is seeking an administrative support professional to perform data entry, manage office administration tasks, and prepare payments. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and demonstrate strong multitasking abilities. Job Responsibilities
1. Perform data entry and general administrative matters
2. Office management and administration tasks
3. Key in staff claims into the system.
4. Match supplier invoices with supporting documents and enter the system.
5. Prepare payments and handle petty cash. Processing of claims, payments, and expenses
6. Maintain suppliers’ banking payment information.
7. Reconcile the supplier statement of account against the AP aging report.
8. Follow-up on customer’s billings and payment status.
Job Specifications
1. Possess good communication, interpersonal and writing skills.
2. Proficient in MS Office Applications
3. A team player, resourceful, meticulous, able to multitask and work independently.
