Job summary

LETSCOOL AIRCON ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an ACMV Engineer to manage air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation projects from planning through handover.

The role covers design reviews, site supervision, testing and commissioning, with travel to Singapore project sites. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may be considered, as should experienced engineers ready to lead multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Building Services/ACMV or related field.
• Experience in ACMV/air-conditioning/ventilation projects preferred.
• Able to read mechanical drawings and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise ACMV/air-conditioning installation works at project sites.
• Prepare and review ACMV drawings, layouts, equipment schedules and submissions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, workmanship and safety.
• Perform technical calculations, equipment selection and basic system design for ACMV projects.
• Prepare project documentation and support handover to clients.
