Responsibilities:

• Manage all project aspects: contracts, budget, design, procurement, construction, quality, and safety.

• Lead project team to ensure timely and on-budget completion.

• Estimate costs, set budgets, and monitor expenses.

• Communicate with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.

• Conduct site safety meetings and enforce safe working conditions.

• Review method statements and ensure adherence to specifications.

• Supervise and mentor team members and subcontractors.

• Train Project Engineers for skill development.

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

• Allocate resources efficiently.

• Manage and document scope changes.

• Maintain strong client relationships and address concerns.

• Ensure regulatory compliance.

• Perform additional tasks to support project success.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• Possesses experience in ACMV / M&E Services Projects

• Possesses Singapore Government Projects experience (E.g. LTA, HDB etc) will be an advantage
