ACMV Project Engineer
Join our project team and take ownership of ACMV projects from planning and coordination through installation, testing and commissioning. You will work closely with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Job Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer in planning, scheduling and executing ACMV projects.
- Coordinate daily site activities and ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements and safety standards.
- Work closely with supervisors, subcontractors, workers and other project stakeholders to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Prepare shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, risk assessments and other project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays and provide regular updates against the master schedule.
- Attend meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants and main contractors.
- Liaise with suppliers on material and equipment procurement, delivery and site requirements.
- Assist with progress claims, variation orders and supporting documentation.
- Identify technical or site-related issues and work with the project team to develop practical solutions.
- Support the installation, testing and commissioning of ACMV systems.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s quality, safety and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least two years of relevant experience in ACMV project coordination or project management.
- Candidates with stronger relevant experience and demonstrated project leadership capabilities may be considered for the Senior Project Engineer position.
- Working knowledge of ACMV installation, testing and commissioning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.
- Proactive, responsible and comfortable working in a site-based environment.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider project team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
