Job summary

Surbana Jurong seeks a Facilities Engineer to manage and maintain ACMV systems across our campus, ensuring high reliability and availability. You will support the site technical team, coordinate maintenance, and ensure safety and proper documentation throughout projects.

Role involves collaboration with clients, monitoring plant performance, and driving efficiency improvements while communicating schedules and issues clearly.

Qualifications

• Diploma in FM or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• ACMV or M&E knowledge and construction experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ACMV systems to ensure reliability and availability.
• Resolve operation issues across ACMV, labs, and clean rooms.
• Support sustainability test-bedding projects and technology deployment.
• Coordinate maintenance with site technical team and client agencies.
• Monitor energy efficiency and drive improvement initiatives.
• Provide PM inspections support and clear, documented findings.
• Maintain relationships with client representatives and facility managers.
• Provide updates on PM schedules and progress, proposing solutions.
