ACMV Engineer (ACMV Design)

Job Summary:

• ACMV Engineer/ Designer (Construction)
• Permanent role
• Basic up to $5,000 + VB
• Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Location: Tanjung Pagar

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed ACMV tender, construction, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit while adhering to project timelines.
• Prepare and submit ETTV, RETV, and FSSD documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure ACMV designs meet project requirements and industry guidelines.
• Review and refine ACMV design layouts based on project specifications and feedback.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and submission requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering or a related field with experience in designing Building ACMV Services.
• Open to fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.
• Strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, with good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Carrier E20, Trane, and BIM HVAC tools would be an added advantage.
• Understanding of SS552 would be beneficial.
