Job description

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ACMV system design, installation, and commissioning in construction projects.
• Coordinate procurement of ACMV equipment and materials.
• Coordinate and liaise with consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors.
• Perform tests, inspections, and commissioning of ACMV systems for proper functionality and performance.
• Prepare reports, progress updates, and documentation related to ACMV works for project management and client review
• Supervise and check sub-contractors’ works according to design drawings, specifications, and regulations.
• Generate incident reports.
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years of working experience in the construction or mechanical related fields is required for this position.
• Required skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
