About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven ACMV Construction Manager with proven experience in LTA infrastructure projects. This role requires strong technical expertise in ACMV systems and the ability to lead complex project delivery from design through commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, specification, and submission of ACMV equipment, systems, and materials to meet project technical standards, with a focus on engineering compliance

• Develop project cost plans and master schedules, ensuring alignment with contractual milestones

• Determine manpower and material requirements to support construction phases effectively

• Direct and monitor all on-site activities including installation, fabrication, coordination, safety management, and testing/commissioning to fulfill client requirements

• Act as the primary liaison with LTA representatives, consultants, civil contractors, and system-wide contractors to ensure seamless execution and integration of works

• Lead, mentor, and manage site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve critical deadlines

• Work closely with the Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and progress tracking across all construction phases

• Define clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for the site team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

• Mandatory: Prior experience managing LTA rail or infrastructure projects

• Extensive knowledge of ACMV engineering, installation, and commissioning

• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

• Familiarity with local regulations, safety standards, and LTA processes
