SME MARKETING SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.

is seeking a dynamic Marketing Trainer with ACLP certification and adult training experience to lead marketing initiatives and support the development and delivery of training programmes for SMEs. You will develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and enrolments, plan digital campaigns across WhatsApp, email and social media, and create content for workshops, events and partnerships with trade associations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or equivalent adult-education qualification.
• Experience conducting adult training, workshops or corporate programmes.
• At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and lead generation.
• Good presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Able to develop training content and engage adult learners effectively.
• Comfortable using AI tools, marketing automation and WhatsApp marketing solutions.
• Resourceful, organised and able to manage multiple projects.
• Experience working with SMEs, training providers or WSQ programmes will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and increase course enrolments.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across WhatsApp, email and social media.
• Create marketing content for workshops, training programmes, events and business solutions.
• Organise and promote seminars, workshops and SME networking events.
• Build partnerships with trade associations, training providers and business communities.
• Conduct previews, workshops and adult-learning programmes.
• Develop training materials, presentation slides, lesson plans and learner activities.
• Support course development, assessment and programme administration.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Work closely with the management, sales, training and creative teams.
