Your Job

Lead the team within the Koch Global Service Financial Solutions structure, emphasizing strategic development and talent growth. Be results-driven to monitor the invoice processing team, ensuring smooth operations and meeting or exceeding the Service Level Agreement. Support the Business Process Manager by focusing on detailed process management and improvements aligned with strategic goals. Maintain operational excellence and contribute to team capability development.

What You Will Do

1. Oversee daily activities of the invoice processing team to meet performance targets and SLAs.
2. Provide guidance and mentorship to foster a collaborative work environment.
3. Ensure consistent execution of invoice processing tasks, adhering to policies and regulations.
4. Manage daily operations and projects to meet business requirements and project go-live dates.
5. Contribute to continuous improvement plans for service levels and team capabilities. Address issues promptly and develop solutions to minimize disruptions.
6. Support automation initiatives to reduce manual workload and improve efficiency.
7. Act as the liaison between the Shanghai team and the Business Process Manager, ensuring seamless communication. Coordinate with internal departments like IT and finance for ongoing projects and improvements.
8. Assist KGS FS management with technical issues related to accounts payable, anticipating future problems and solutions.
9. Manage the migration of ITP work, integrating activities into standardized Accounts Payable procedures across KGS FS.
10. Support Principal Based Management and Internal Financial Control frameworks.
11. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Business Process Manager.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in finance and accounting, focusing on accounts payable
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English to serve Mandarin and English-speaking customers
• Ability to manage high volumes of work with attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills and a logical mindset
• Ability to work independently and motivate a team
• Strong training skills, considering issues and teaching methods from others' perspectives
