About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detailed-oriented Accounts/Senior Assistant to join our Finance Team. You will be responsible for Accounts Receivable, bank reconcilation, & etc., ensuring accurate and timely accounting processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in handling admin work and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and reconcile receipts and bank statements. Report any discrepancies or issues to the Senior Finance Manager.
  • Update records and data, using SAP B1 System.
  • Knowledge of GST reporting.
  • Assist the Senior Finance Manager in preparing annual financial statements and consolidated data, as well as other reports and analysis as required, such as month-end closing activities.
  • Assist in preparing payment data for vendors and suppliers and ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Participation in ad-hoc project, where required.
  • Perform any other finance/admin duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, or related field of studies.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Experience with accounting software such as SAP, or other similar systems.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Responsible, reliable, and meticulous, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal skills and positive working attitude, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
  • Prefer Singaporean.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
