Morgan McKinley is partnering with a well-established organization in the security technology sector to hire for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its finance team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring timely and accurate billing and collection processes to support the company’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and collections
  • Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up with customers to ensure timely payments
  • Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies
  • Support month-end closing activities and preparation of audit schedules

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting systems such as SAP or Oracle is an advantage
