Job description

    The primary responsibilities of this role include reviewing, coding, and processing invoices accurately and promptly in adherence to company policies and procedures. You will collaborate with budget managers to ensure invoices are approved in accordance with company guidelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for reconciling employee expense reports and credit card statements, verifying compliance with company policies, and facilitating timely reimbursements. You will also work with employees to address any instances of non-compliance.To excel in this position, you must possess experience working with US companies, be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders. Experience with process improvement initiatives is considered advantageous. As a self-starter, you should be proactive, take initiative, and follow through on tasks in a timely manner.
