Job summary

XTX Markets, a leading algorithmic trading firm, is seeking a temporary AP Analyst for a 15-month maternity cover starting mid Oct 2026 in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end accounts payable, process invoices via Concur, handle journal postings, and support month-end close with strong controls.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, MS Office proficiency, SAP S/4HANA and SAP Concur experience, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP S/4HANA and SAP Concur.
• Strong communication and organisation skills with attention to detail.
• Confident and proactive when interfacing with stakeholders.
• Interest in tech and finance, and willingness to develop skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems logically.
• Team player who can work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Accounting for invoiced costs, including month-end journal posting and control processes.
• Supporting other payable processes, including employee expenses and payments to tax authorities.
• Administration of the accounts payable mailbox, processing invoices using Concur and posting journals into the general ledger.
• Supporting the Financial Control team during month-end close processes, including reconciliations.
• Professional and timely communications with suppliers and colleagues with follow-ups for prompt resolutions.
• Develop strong understanding of key controls and ensure they are followed.
• Identify opportunities for improvements to finance processes and controls.
