Job summary

Far East Flora Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a responsible Accounts Officer to support the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations. You will help ensure accurate financial records and timely processing of transactions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a diploma in accounting or equivalent with at least 2 years of retail/FMCG experience, familiarity with accounting systems (Ms BC/Netsuite) and strong integrity. Immediate or short notice preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent with at least 2 years of accounting experience in retail or FMCG.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central or NetSuite is advantageous.
• Able to work independently, organized, meticulous, positive attitude and a team player.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables function.
• Maintain vendor records and handle queries related to billing or payment discrepancies.
• Record and reconcile daily sales receipts from retail outlets (cash, Nets, credit card, e-wallets).
• Accurately enter financial records into the accounting system.
• Maintain proper filing and records.
• Assist in monthly closing and reconciliation.
• Provide admin and ad hoc support as required.
