Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to maintain the full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL), prepare audit schedules, and perform month-end closing at Defu Lane. Working days are Monday to Friday, with hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy with at least 2 years of related experience and is proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Salary: SGD 2,800–3,600 per month.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 2 years' experience keeping full set of accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL) and audit schedules.
• Quarterly GST preparation.
• Housekeeping and filing of finance documents.
• Perform month-end closing for financial reporting within timeline.
• In charge of stock take and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the management, if any.
