Job description

Accounts Officer [AR & AP]

• Salary: $2600 - $3200.

• Working Location: Thomson Road, near Caldecott MRT station.

• Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am – 6pm, Friday 8am – 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), while maintaining a simple full set of accounts.
2. Prepare and submit GST returns.
3. Maintain the fixed assets schedule.
4. Generate monthly invoices for rental and intercompany billing.
5. Prepare payment vouchers and process online payments.
6. Conduct daily sales and bank reconciliations.
7. Arrange for the director’s signature on necessary documents.

Requirements:

1. Possession of relevant accounting qualifications or a strong background in accounting.
2. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
3. Familiarity with Sage ERP.
