Job description

Prepare monthly financial statements (bank reconciliation, sales reconciliation, receivables and

payables aging report, fixed assets, journal entry, trial balance, general ledger and accounts schedules)

- Prepare monthly payment to distributors

- Assist on the yearly budget, fixed deposit and dividend payment arrangements

- Prepare costing for new products/package to the sales and marketing team

- Update monthly financial results in accounting system

- Mandatory supplemental memo, country by country report and transfer price local file for Home Office

- Financial budgeting, monthly management reporting and analysis

- Prepare monthly cash funding request to Home Office
