Join Our Team as an Accounts Officer!

Our subsidiary, Far East Food & Beverage Pte Ltd, is seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Officer to join our dynamic finance team. If you are passionate about numbers and eager to contribute to our success, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), while maintaining a simple full set of accounts.
• Prepare and submit GST returns.
• Maintain the fixed assets schedule.
• Generate monthly invoices for rental and intercompany billing.
• Prepare payment vouchers and process online payments.
• Conduct daily sales and bank reconciliations.
• Arrange for the director’s signature on necessary documents.

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.
• Possession of relevant accounting qualifications or a strong background in accounting.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with ACCPAC and advanced Excel skills.
