Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Update general ledger, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions and reconciliations.
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements supported with schedules
  • Analyze financial data and prepare ad hoc reports to support management
  • Process customer invoicing and progress claims
  • Preparation and filing of quarterly GST reports
  • Process monthly payroll and handle human resource matters
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Equivalent
  • Bookkeeping experience is a must
  • Experience in financial planning and budgeting
  • Meticulous, initiative and able to work independently
