Job summary
A leading AV solutions company in Singapore is seeking a sales professional with experience in B2B sales within the IT or Audio Visual industry. The ideal candidate will generate new leads, engage with clients from initial contact to closure, and maintain key client relationships. Experience in AV System Integration is a plus. The role also requires strong communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- Min 2-3 years' experience in B2B sales in IT or Audio Visual.
- Knowledge of AV System Integrator is an advantage.
- Preferably at least one year experience with IT, AV products or in technical/pre-sales support.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and qualify new opportunities for projects.
- Conduct research on competitor activities on managed accounts.
- Engage customers from introduction to closure of sales.

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Generate new leads, qualify new opportunities for projects targeted at MNCs / new buildings or projects across industries (includes education, government, entertainment, large-venue and healthcare industries) and increase sales closing rate of qualified opportunities
- Conduct research on competitor activities on managed accounts and projects
- Proactively engage customers and stakeholders from introduction to closure of sales
- Prepare company’s sales pitch and present company solution to "C" level executives and propose project implementation timeline to clients for their upcoming projects
- Work closely with AV Designer Team to develop client solutions
- Negotiate pricing with partners as part of project costing in the bid process to ensure commercial viability
- Manage and ensure all issues are resolved between internal departments and external customers
- Maintain healthy client working relationships with existing key accounts
- Work closely with Project Lead and Finance to follow up on billings and payments
Pre-Requisites
- Preferarbly at least one year experience with IT, AV products or in technical / pre-sales support as a sales or system engineer
- Attention to detail and works well under presssure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to speak and write good English
- Positive attitude and incredible work ethics
- Team player and can work independently
- Resourceful and meticulous
- Can demonstrate a good level of negotiation and communication skills, both internally and with external vendors
